SSCA Campus is a residential campus. Students have an option to opt for the residence facility. Located in the posh and serene locality of Sushant lok in the heart of gurgaon, SSCA offers a great experience away from home to the students.
The rooms are completely furnished, you just need to get your clothes and that is it. All the rooms have dedicated almirahs for each student, study table, Air conditioning. The rooms have been made to make you feel comfortable away from home, so that you can focus on your studies and have nothing else to bother you.
It is by far the best hostel facility available to CA Students anywhere. As the faculty also stays in the same building, the maintenance, the discipline, the cleanliness, hygiene is maintained with full oversight from the faculty.

Yes, classes, tests, library is free till you pass. hostel has its monthly charges, valid till you stay.
There is a 1 month notice before vacating the hostel. The security deposit gets refunded/adjusted. The fees is payable in installments, and is valid till you pass. you are welcome to join in, even after 2 years for the course for which you have paid the fees.
Hostel residents naturally are here longer, so they get the faculty exposure longer. but if the day scholar stays say till 7 PM, they also get the same level of doubt clearance, personal counselling etc.
Yes, there are different floors. and there are CCTV cameras in the entire building, monitored. there is a night gaurd, and staff- both male and female stay at the campus. we, the faculty are just a phone call away, at 400 metres.
